| Webshots has nothing to do, per se, with images or lack thereof on your
computer. Deleting the images won't make the error go away. Webshots is
apparently a program, and you have to somehow satisfy Windows' need to have
it uninstalled. You might try these steps:
1. Download and install a small registry tool called RegSeeker.
Tell it to search your registry for all occurrences of the string "Webshots"
(no quotes).
If it finds any, delete them.
2. Also run MSCONFIG, open the Startup tab, and see if Webshots appears. If
so, uncheck it and reboot.
2a. Also run TweakUI and if Webshots is listed among the installed programs,
delete it. This is maintenance only, and won't solve the problem.
3. Similarly, search your hard drive(s) for "Webshots" (again, no quotes)
and delete all occurrences.
These ought to do it.
