Geez, I know it's almost year 2005 now, but the exact same thing that
happened to Kin Wai has happened to me. I have this old IC thing
sitting on my machine but I can't use it.

would anyone happen to have the file CMSSTGU.DLL to email it to me? I
would truely appreciate it!

That particular (cmsstgu.dll ), has nothing to do with IC. But with
Microsoft Media Manager and you'll have to talk to Microsoft about that.
