Hi,

I’m having problems re-installing ImgComposer 1.5. I originally used the
uninstall program to delete it from my system because it wasn't working
properly.

When I tried to re-install both the IC 1.5 program that came with FP98 and
IC 1.5 that came with FP2000. In both cases I only get as far as selecting
the type of
setup, i.e. Typical (I tried all three choices) I then click on Typical and
all I get is an hourglass. Nothing happens. When I call up the Close Task
function there is a message that Image Composer is not responding.

(a) If the free MSICUU (Microsoft Installer Clean Up Utility) will clean up
after it, you can then probably reinstall IC. Search for it at
microsoft.com. It's small.

(b) If not, formatting the hard drive and reinstalling Windows is the only
other thing I can think of.

If faced with option (b), you might consider upgrading to a more solid
version of Windows, such as XP or 2000.
