Hello All,

When I send an XML file to Mozilla with a mime/type=text/plain

Mozilla doesn't render this content as is.

is this a regular behavior ?

This seems like a bug, either in the parser DTD selection logic or in
Necko. Xavier, could you please file a bug on this and assign it to me?
