Could anyone tell me how to make a movie full screen in Flash MX 2004 Professional?

I believe this is set in the publish settings under the html tab. You select if you want your movie to be a fixed size or scale to the size of the users browser window.

hmm, you're not talking about full screen, you're talking about full
browser window.
But maybe the question was about full browser window too, not full
screen, so maybe you answered the question.
Anyways for future reference, full screen doesn't mean full browser
window, but full computer screen.
There's a way to play a flash movie full screen, by putting in the first
frame:

fscommand("fullscreen", "true");

This only works if you play the .swf with the flash player, not a browser.

Here is how to get it to fill the entire browser section (assuming you mean to
display this in HTML.

File -> Publish Settings -> HTML tab section
Dimensions: Percent
Scale: Default(Show all)

Click publish and Flash Professional will generate an HTML file which will run
the Flash Player at Full Screen
