| I am trying to stream a quictime broadcast (from quicktime broadcaster) and I would like it to be all nice and "flashy"...
Bascally, I'd like to offere my viewers a streaming window within the flash part of my website. I would like to have a button cover the area and by clicking on it, it would play where the button was. I've tried to simply LOAD EXTERNAL MOVIECLIP but it won
't work. I thought it would simply show from the background as when you click the button, it suddenly becomes white like it'll play the stream but it doesn't.
How can I do this?
I'm using Flash MX 2004 Pro
thanks!

| As well as I know, there is no way of streaming a quicktime inside of flash,
but instead, you can convert your quicktime, presumably mpeg, to .flv
(flashvideo) and stream it.
I ve just search in google and come up with this. I am sure there are tons
of information there.
