Motion tween flickering

| Hi,
I have a problem with a couple of motion tweens that I'm playing around
with.
Basically, the objects being tweened are large, thin rectangles (about 100px
wide by 500px high). I am trying to get them moving horizontally back and
forth across the stage (which is 500px high). The tween works fine except
that the rectangles seem to flicker as they move.
Is there a way to improve the quality? I suppose I could always increase the
number of frames that the tween is applied to and then increase the movie
playback rate, but I'm guessing this would increase file size quite a bit.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Andrew

| sounds like your computer cant handle whats going on....are the rectangles
vector or bitmap, that can have an effect as well...make sure your computer
has enuff memory and a fast enough processor and plenty of available
resources....

| Hi Todd,
Thanks for the response.
The rectangles are vector. My computer should have plenty of memory (384mb
ram), but processor speed may be a problem (only about 700MHz).
Is there a way to achieve the same effect with less strain on the processor?
Thanks,
Andrew
