Need a few scripts, please.

| If these are possible, I'm hoping they'd be pretty easy for someone who
knows what they're doing. I'd really appreciate it if you could help.
I'd like two scripts:
One that deletes all blank layers.
One that renames all layers consecutively -- layer001, layer002, etc. I can
get 'frame1' etc if I open the file in Animation Shop and then export to
PSP, but that appears limited to 100 layers and I need it for many more than
that.
I'm using PSP X.
