I love the MY PSP file becuase I can quickly scoop it up and copy it from
computer to computer (I work on 3 comps)

However, what about my menu/toolbars? I don't customize too much because
it's a pain to set it all up again. Is there an easy way?

If you have the same PSP files and settings on all computers, why not save a
workspace and use that one all computers.

Save a workspace (File > Workspace > Save) and copy the workspace
from computer to computer and loading it as needed (File > Workspace >
Load). Saved workspaces will appear in the Workspaces subfolder of
My PSP Files. (That's your PSP files, not my PSP files :)
