Crop a photo with tow different sets of dimensions

I have some photos that I want to crop.
I need the photos to be cropped with two sets of different dimensions:
320x240 and 320x320
At the moment, I open each pic, then crop it with the forst dimensions, save
and then undo and crop with second dimensions and save.
Is there an easier way?
Thanks
PS - Both photos need to have the same name in different directories (e.g.
320x240 and 320x320)

What you are doing doesn't seem very hard.

Record two scripts - one that does the first crop and one that does
the second. Run the first script and use File > Batch > Process to
define a first output directory and the files to be processed. Run
the second script using a second different output directory.
