Author Query re: my plugin boundscripts

With the help of people (I believe Suz was big in that but maybe
also others) I have an Effects 2 menu item beside my regular
Effects item on the menu bar. In it I have placed some
boundscripts I made by recording the opening of regularly used
plugins and saving the script, binding them to an icon, and
dragging them to the menu. They call the plugin nicely, and if I
make a change to the image with the plugin, or just click it's OK
or Apply button things work great.

However, if I use a boundscript to invoke a plugin then decide to
Cancel the plugin I get a message box asking if I want to continue
with the script. I can click Yes and all is fine.

But is there a way to just have the script end when the filter
opens so that it is no longer involved and I don't get the "Do you
want to continue with the script" warning? Or did I record the
opening and saving of the plugin incorrectly to cause this to
happen?

JoeB

That message pops up when you cancel any script, Joe, including any saved as
boundscripts. It's an internal PSP message, and I know of no way to disable
it. Because the filter command is a step within the script, canceling the
plugin means canceling the script. There's no way I know of to call the
plugin, end the script, and then continue with the plugin. Suz

Thanks Suz. I couldn't find a way but thought I'd ask.
