I'll answer it anyway. I have done that by selecting the top half of the
picture, cut and paste it upside down over the bottom half, then lower the
opacity.

| the whole scene looks like barrel distortion. Intended distortion. As
such, the reflections contain the buildings too, so appear realistic.
