Thank you to everyone for your useful and helpful responses to this posting
and to mine of Kris Zaleka's script.

Especial mention is due to Spandex, Trev, Peter and Rose - I need to absorb
all you have said and the urls you have provided and consolidate what I have
learnt.

We have had 35 postings in this and the other newsgroups in 2 days, so I am
sure there is interest generated in "PaintShopPro Photography Editing"...

By way of a quick summary, obviously Kris Z's script has stood the test of
time. Perhaps in this day of advanced digital cameras his script may be
modified and reduced, as I have attempted. I also feel that the PSPX
utilities QPF and SPF have their place in certain circumstances.
