Hi again
I'm sorry to trouble you again with it, but I needed this script for batch
process, I I'm getting an error, can't use it with batch process, I can with
single image on the screen, I think the problem is because it can't get the
text info of the screen, is it possible maybe to use one with specific font
let's say "swiss" bold or not doesn't matter, balck font, size 9 etc..
instead of capturing info from the program itself? may be this way it'll
work.

Dave - I don't know what you're doing to cause the error. I can run the
script in batch in all versions of PSP. What version are you using to do
the Batch Process, and what options are you setting when you run the script
in batch mode? What error message(s) are you getting? Suz

I'm using version 10.03
batch proccess, stop on error, use script, silence.
I'm getting error proccessing file C:\....filename.JPG
I press ok when I try to close PSP, I get this dialog box saying:
unhandeld execption, code = 101, what = internal program error: an invalid
parrameter has been passed to a function.
I press ok,
the program freezes, & I get an other application error saying:
The instruction at "0x02120313" referenced memory at "0x00000008", The
memory could not be "read", click on ok to terminate the program
I click ok & the program shuts & the microsoft error comes do you want to
send the error...etc.

I can other script, but not this one

I've got the same setting but with stop on error, if I uncheck that the
script will run but with no files done in the destination folder.

I think I just figured it out, Dave. You have to have an image open before
you start. Any image will do - just create a new image and then select the
Text tool and set the parameters the way you want them (font, size, etc.).
I think that will eliminate the problem. I think the problem has something
to do with reading the parameters for a tool without an open image - as you
cannot select a tool until an image is open, that would make sense. I was
able to duplicate your problem tonight when I tried to run the batch process
without having an image open. So give that a try, and let me know if it
works for you. Suz

That's what I thought, & you're right, when I opened an image it worked. I'm
not sure how to do it without collecting the text ID's from the panel, maybe
let the script determine the text Identities.
