You need to extract the color from the BG, Joske, like this:
BG = BG['Color']

And the color parameter if the user choses "No" needs to be coded like this:
BG = (90,124,132)

If the color parameter passed to a dialog is incorrect, it will take the
last used color in that dialog - that's what's happening in your script.

Thanks Suz, I've got it now. The second doesn't work for what I
needed, but the first gave my stuck brain the kickstart it needed.
