Calendar script question

| I have applied that monthly calendar script and its great.
I wondered if this script could have a poem or quote be inserted in the
transparent manner over an image (taking the place of the calendar)
Of course, it wouldn't be a calendar but of the same style except an
interesting verse.
Is it possible?

Hello Rose,
Thank you for liking the script (saw your comment in the photo
group) :-)
Our script exists because it calculates the dates and puts it all in
the right place as on a calendar. I'm not sure how savvy you are
with doing text, but it should be quite easy to make a poem in
vector text that you then save as a .psp image so that you can
change its properties every time you want to put it on an image.
Of course that could be scripted, but a general script for text that
differs (different poem or quote) is of little use when it can just
as easily be done in vector.
- Have a good sized image open or created
-Activate Text Tool, the tool options should be visible as well
(View, Palettes, Tool Options)
-In the Tool Options, set the 'Create as' to Vector
a vector layer will automatically be created
-Type your text in the text entry dialog, Apply
Now comes the good part you can use over and over:
-Rightclick on the text object in your image,
or rightclick on its name in the vector layer in in the Layers
Palette
-You will see a menu come up, click on Edit Text
Up comes the text entry dialog again, you can change all you want of
the existing text
And then there is this if you just want to change the colors or
stroke:
-Rightclick on the text object in your image,
or rightclick on its name in the vector layer in in the Layers
Palette
-You will see a menu come up, click on Properties
-Click in the color tabs to get different materials or enter another
number for the stroke width
Last but not least:
-With the text object selected, go Objects, Align, Center in Canvas
If you save this vector text as a .pspimage, you can both use and
change it as many times as you like for different backgrounds. Just
put (copy, paste) it on your image as a new layer, or edit it first
(bigger, smaller) before you do so. Of course you can also do this
vice versa and put a photo into the text image as a lower layer.
Hope this helps and you'll give it a try.

Rose, it sounds like you simply want to activate and grab, then
move, the vector text layer with the Move Tool while holding down
the Shift key. The Move Tool is in the same fly-out as the Pick
Tool.
Nice image. I hope the pspimage method I described will let you
produce more nice ones.
