I think it is something to do with how your graphics driver renders
video. Try going into Windows > Display Properties > Settings >
Advanced > Troubleshoot and turning Hardware Acceleration all the
way down temporarily.

Tried again.

Opera and Netscape say Service Unavailable. IE shows me what
Joelle sees - i.e., a blank video window with a loading bar. But
it played immediately in Firefox.

Worked OK in Firefox-2.

Nice 'swift kick' at the end; made sure the 'perp' wasn't going to run off
