Oooh, very jolly! It almost looks like you used the Vector Tube script on
the lower windows, did you? Very effective and beats click-clicking :-)
Nice one Pegs.

Found this one in the attic ;-)

Ok, time for me to get back to real life. I needed the break - thanks again,
Joëlle, and thanks to everyone in the group for the festive graphics you've
all been posting!

Hey, that's fun! It's so easy to forget that this celebration started as a
pagan holiday/celebration (I doubt it was a holiday!) and has been
'borrowed' by most religions.
The reflections on the walls are good.

I wish I could have stood further away from that staircase and captured the
twists and turns too, but it was quite a small hotel, so no space.

Nice one Gail :-))

I am not so sure about the green...:-)
I like the starry sky, forgot to mention that in the previous post.
Love the cheeky elf at the bottom, he has such a cute face! I wonder who he
is thinking of kissing under that mistletoe..

Thanks for all your comments, Joelle, including the one for my Hannukah
doggie pic ;-) The starry sky was was actually supposed to look like snow
falling hehe! I'd rather have stars than snow anyway! The elf and the other
cartoon tubes were made by Ron Lacey, and the the bow tie tube (upper right
window) is one that Michelle made. The reflections were done with Digtial
Film Tools' Light plugin plus tweaking. I agree about the green being kinda
ugly - I wanted to do an old greeting card effect, but didn't take time to
look for coloring examples on the web :-0!

Anyway, once a year I try to do a 'blended holiday' graphic as a gentle
reminder to folks that not everyone celebrates Christmas ;-))

Thanks, Joëlle!

I wanted to do more, but nothing looked right.

Everything you see is a tube. The lower windows were decorated with a
diamond rope tube. The spiral garland didn't look right at such a small
size.

While I've seen nice stuff (just don't have time to comment on
everything, so no offence to anyone :-), I gotta love this one!
That cute angel on the light fixture with the radiating star
effect is perfect for Christmas. And I like the holly stuff, as
well as the blue tree balls hanging from the little pine branches
on the railing.

Overall, a real Christmassy image! Actually, another email
Christmas card, I'd say.

JoeB
