David
well done
The paint looks very textured even at this small size..
and the image is soft and the whole thing is sympatico..
have you one just a tad bigger or a crop of
the brush-strokes? I like this look and am always
interested in how people achieve their outcomes.

thank you David
It looks even better than I imagined..
I think an image up to 1000 pixels on the longest side
compressed at 10 - 20 % or so should be ok..
Many people post larger.. all I would suggest is if it is going to be
over 300kb send an initial post warning folks large image following
and then post it as reply to that message. You can even put a small
display image one on the initial post then folks can decide if they
want to download the biggy :o)) But that is probably far more
polite than most of us are.. It is the protocol on some other lists.
This one certainly merits a larger post this is much better but still
quite small and a few artifacts making the brush work a little
difficult to discern. But I can see some of it and it looks like
quite a dry type of brush or crayon/chalk (no expert obviously)
I simply think it is fab. The hair you should be especially pleased with
and the fabric is just amazing. The likeness I cannot comment on
but the woman you painted - is a fun and loyal friend with mischief
in her eye and goodness in her heart...
That is what I take from this image :o))
She must love this one David I know I would...
great work
