I got a jolt when I saw my name in the header... thought I had
actually completely forgotten about something I posted and needed to

Well. Clearly this scene took place during the crusades, because the
gentleman has a sword by his side.
I wonder what is going on... is she an Arabian siren and is he
awestruck by the vision? Or maybe he is begging her to come back
with him? I suppose we'll never know.
You did a lot of work on the shadows, it seems. Hers is impressive.
I'll say again you are making such fast progress.

I did it on the basis that he is awestruck by her beauty and he sees her as
some kind of god.

On second thought... hmmmmm... does it look as if the ceiling is a
bit too low to hold her height, or am I just imagining this? I'm
really not sure.
