Hi everyone:
I am in need of an animated image for a website.
Can anyone here recommend an affordable place / person to create a small
animated gif ?
Ideally, the image will be some text crashing in waves up onto a beach.
I really don't want to purchase and learn fancy software to create just this
one image . . .

I have no idea if she does work-for-hire, but Joske has plenty of
expertise with animated .gif's, if you want to PING her directly.

I would of course freely give this a try for a fellow poster over
here. That is, I am pretty positive I can do it, but of course I'd
have to know the specifics first.
