If the person who used to use this email address is on this board, I just
want to say thanks for leaving the gold text tutorial online. That is the
best gold text one I've come across since I started using PSP a year ago.

It shows how to set up a gradient fill for the color you want to achieve,
too.

I didn't post the link to the tutorial, Gwen. I merely responded to
it with another method. But I can tell you about those sparkles :-)

People usually add them to their graphics in the form of a tube.

I had just posted a modified tutorial for this effect in the PSPX group.
Oops... I didn't remember it was in here. Hope folks can find it...

Thank you Joske, coincidentally, today, in the PSP X forum,
Fuzzy Dice updated that tutorial and also included a gold
gradient and a sparkle tube. It worked very well in PSP 9.
