Nothing extraordinary, I just kinda like it. Combination of scripts and
filters on a recent photo.

I like it too. It's so dainty and understated.

I like it Gail, having the picture frame the same colour as the flowers
really adds to the effect.

Thank you, Rachel, Michelle, Jeanne, Barb, and Adriaan! I haven't replied
sooner because I was trying to reproduce this in order to list some steps.
As usual whenever I try to do that, I'm not particularly successful since
it's all trial-and-error, with lots experimenting, undos, layering, and
tweaking. That sounds like work, but it's actually what I do for fun ;-)
Anyway, I was able to narrow the main 'look' of the pic to my including the
following somewhere in the whole process:
VP5 - Gouache
Nik Color Efex - Old Photo:Color
various tweaks of my Pastel script (available on my website)
PSP's adjustment layers, histogram, and 'junk removal' tools (DCNR, Edge
Preserving smooth, etc. Can't remember specifically)
I believe I also played around with some of the Xero plugins, which are
freeware. As far as the effects with VP and Nik, yes they most likely can be
reproduced quite closely with PSP's native tools, but I like playing with
filters when I relax ;-)
Hope that is somewhat helpful if anyone wants to play around with
manipulating.

Very very nice Gail. I like the delicate composition and the soft colours.
