.....it really turned out well Fuzzie....plugins sure are easy to use and can
give very nice results.

If you don't mind, I'd appreciate being able to try out your
original with an oil painting effect on a free graphic proggy I've
downloaded and looked at today at the request of a friend. Any
chance of posting the original for me to play with? If it's large
I don't mind going to a link to get it.

I do like this render, by the way!

It's a program called Paint.Net, and is available here.

I'm just interested in a couple of the effects, in this case the
oil painting effect. I've attached a version of your image having
used that effect.
