This was Smart Photo fixed, cropped. Some extra birds cloned out and done with a PS filter called Cross Hatch.Optimized and resized.I really like this with a white matting and a black frame but file size gets too big

Very nice effect Doris.
Is that PS filter a plugin or a native Photoshop tool?

I downloaded a Smart Blur filter and 2 Brush Stoke ones, Cross hatch and Angled Stokes as plugins to install in PSP but I think they are originally native to PS. I can't remember where I got them.
