This looks really nice as well...nice colours and texture.

Thanks David, it's a good image to try effects on.

Joelle, I remember when VP was first offered by Jasc. I was so aggravated
that they didn't include it in PSP that I spent days trying to duplicate
some of the effects using just PSP's native tools. I came *very* close, but
was never able to get all of them to my satisfaction. Trying was a great
learning experience, though *grin*

It becomes an obsession (mine!), I just *have* to get the same effect. I am
not patient enough to do this for days, or months, I am sure that is what's
needed to get anywhere near VP5 (if ever!)
I don't remember VP included with PSP before, will rummage around in the
'old disc' box :-)

No it never was included with PSP. I just thought it should have been ;-) I
get obsessed with duping an effect, too.

Oops, got confused with the word 'offered', hmm, I blame that nice lunch we
had earlier :-))

It was included...... I have parts of it included with PSP8
(still installed and never used). 2 are effects that work (I
can't remember which ones) and the rest are demos, that IIRC, can
be previewed but not applied to the image.

You're right, and IIRC, what irked me the fact that they included the demos
rather than working versions. Sorry for the confusion!

What confusion? Was someone confused? Was it me? If I didn't
have a memory problem, I'd remember, wouldn't I? LOL. BTW, it
irked me too. :-)
