Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone knows of a site that has adult
themed tubes and/or shapes. I don't necessarily mean that they have to
be sexual in nature... I guess the word I am looking for is
"controversial" or "edgy."
Tubes or shapes of drugs and such would be ok, too. I'm also looking for
some tubes of the following types: eyes, eyeballs, runes, symbols,
fantasy type orbs and decorations, arrows, markers, bullets etc.

Sorry if I offended anyone... not my intention... it's just hard to
locate this stuff.

If anyone knows of a site or has any of these types of tubes they would
like to share please reply or contact me directly via email.

Sorry I don't know. Vegetables don't interest themselves in this
sort of stuff. They are too busy vegging out.

http://freetubes.com has many different tube of good quality.
You might find a few that meet some of your criteria. You could
always make your own. It's as easy as using the Background Eraser
on a photo followed by File > Export > Picture Tube. You can make
good eyeballs with the Balls And Bubbles filter (see attached).
Arrows should be among the Preset Shapes that come with PSP. You
can, of course, draw and save your own. Converting Ding fonts into
vector shapes is another good way to make bullets and the like.

I am sorry for you. At least patch it to 10.3.
