I understood the sites and sounds but talking and singing were a
little too fast for me. :)) What did you get in your mail? Me too
is much easier to type than ROTFL.

We are having local (council?) elections shortly, and this
personalized email is doing the rounds.
It's from the Socialist Party, that gentleman you're seeing is their
leader and main representative in government.
People (not necessarily voters) sign each other up for the message,
when the receiver goes to pick it up, s/he can send it along, etc.
I think it an original and funny way of campaigning :-)
