mixed colors within a font,
multiple fonts,
unreal mix of clashing colors,
bizarre two tone pattern mixed border,
double frame,
page curl.
To further injure the judges' sensibilities ;) , consider the following:
Perhaps an abstract transparent texture over the back ground gradient?[a
truly unrelated texture in a clashing color, perhaps.]
Definitely needs a bit of gratuitous animation to finish it off.

If I were a judge, this wouldn't win.... well maybe, if you had used
a fluffy kitten blinking its moist wide eyes, lying in a basket on a
bed of peonies. And since it's an animation, there should have been
at least one delicately twinkling star and a font filled with
glitter :-)
