Hi Joelle,

First, a really interesting manip! And as for needing a bank
loan to go shopping in Sweden, I (a Canadian) have always been
under the impression one needed a bank loan to shop anywhere in
Western Europe! :-)

As to whether group contributors decided manips belong here, I
don't think that's a "decided" thing. My reading of the posts is
that some agree, some disagree, some don't care, some figure that
one should at least put "manip" or some equivalent in the subject
if the image is posted in Photography.

My personal opinion is that manips that aren't just enhancing a
photo's looks but which are changing it from a photo to a
painterly or other look belong here (as there's no separate group
for photo-graphics). But I wonder if some prefer posting obvious
manips in the Photography group simply because that's a group
they feel will attract the most viewers. I notice that users of
PSP older versions use the PSP9 group to post their questions,
likely for the same reason.

As I post little in the way of either photos or graphics (or
manips), I just offer my opinions but figure it's up to those who
populate the groups to post where they feel most comfy.

Regards,

JoeB
