Carl, Tanja, Maureen, Jeno, and Barb,
Thanks! I got the voodoo doll from a friend whose sister bought
it for her in New Orleans. My friend thought it was way too
creepy to have around - but she knew I'd love it ;-)

I'm totally loving this one, Gail! All the different magics of the world are
facinating to use in art, in my opinion, voodoo included :-) The background
has a lot of hidden art, lots of eyes too :-) Well done, keeps the attention
searching for more images.
Take care,
Linda

You decor is likely very facinating! My boss and his wife have a lot of
items from places they've travelled that I'm sure you would love. Most of
what they bring home is related to folk lore with ties to magic and spirits.
His wife is a real African who immigrated to Nova Scotia after their first
child was born. They take their son touring the continent of Africa every
other year to keep him in touch with his heritage, and they bring back lots
of neat items for the house from spears to tiki type statues, but they also
have lots of stuff from various Asian nations. I always get excited when
they are going on large vactions because they always bring me back a nice
token hehehe. :-)
Take care,
Linda
