Don't know if I will have time to do the dancers, but I have kept them
just in case. Happy Birthday, Joske. I say it ahead of time because I
will forget if I wait!

As if I'm not used to that my whole sad
sinterklaas-birthday-christmas-newyear life... snif! :-)
Specially for you:

It's my party and I'll cry if I want to
Cry if I want to, cry if I want to
You would cry too if it happened to you

Nobody knows where my birthday has gone
But Santa left the same time
Why was he holding my gifts
When they're supposed to be mine

It's my party and I'll cry if I want to
Cry if I want to, cry if I want to
You would cry too if it happened to you

Then all my records keep dancing all night
But leave me alone for a while
'Til Santa gives back my presents to me
I've got no reason to smile

It's my party and I'll cry if I want to
Cry if I want to, cry if I want to
You would cry too if it happened to you

Jeanne and Santa just walked thru the door
Like a queen with her king
Oh what a birthday surprise
Jeanne is wearing my ring

It's my party and I'll cry if I want to
Cry if I want to, cry if I want to
You would cry too if it happened to you

Oh-oh-oh It's my party and I'll cry if I want to
Cry if I want to, cry if I want to.....

How delightful! I'm a Christmas Star! My brother, brother-in-law and son
all have December birthdays. I feel their/your pain! Why don't you emulate
Queen Elizabeth and just choose a more satisfactory time to celebrate? You
need to have a day all to yourself.

Or closer to home: our queen does the same thing, the celebration is
on her late mum's birthday.

You must have ever so busy a December month with so many
birthdays... or do you simply forget them ;-)

Thanks for the wish Barbara. I have a few more days before I'll be
older than *that* old :-)

I agree with you that making garish pics once in awhile really can be a
treat - and this is a cool one ;-) Happy Birthday wishes to you, hope
you have a great day!

Here's another dressed dancer. She was at the disco but now she's on
her way home and it's COLD out there.

I forgot to mention that I painted the fur with Microsoft Acrylic and then
post-processed in PSPX.

I'm laughing, laughing... You caught her type exactly as I pictured
it when I drew her. Ooooh, the bit of sexy leg in fancy boots, but
classy :-) My compliments.

Had never heard of Microsoft Acrylic, but took a brief glance at
their site. Is it fun/useful to work with?

Thanks for the compliment and the birthday wish, Gail. Two more days
and I'll be way older than you again... for a few months :-)

Thanks, Joske. I'm pleased that you're pleased!

That's the first time I had played with it but I was quite taken with their
brushes.
