Nice effect Diane, Gracie looks like she is a good blanket all by herself!

It came out well. I never was able to get very good results from
Sketchmaster, but you seem to have done well with it.

Looks nice, CL. If you'd like to post the original photo, I'll try
getting you the same effect using just PSP (and if I remember I'll
record a script for it).

Thanks! I'll try playing around with this photo later this week.

Beautiful cat, your Gracie!

I tried a couple of things. Didn't try to duplicate your image exactly,
just attempting to get a similar sort of effect.

This one is done with Posterize, Add Noise, and Motion Blur. I'll post
another one that was done with a different method, too. (Both of my
manipulations were done kinda quickly. With a little honing, these
methods might be satisfactory, though.)

Here's the second one. This one was done with several duplicate layers
to which different levels of Threshold were applied. Then some good ol'
Add Noise and Motion Blur.

Thanks! :) If I can get to it, I'll try to whip up a script or some detailed
steps.
