You are so right about guy two, Lori! His smile is genuine because
he is anticipating the pleasure of chopping you to bits. Well done!

But guy one, I hate to tell you this, but his smile is fake. You
see, he's feigning an interest in the story you're telling him, but
all the while he's suffering this terrible constipation. Look again,
pursed lips and trying very hard not to make you notice his anguish
:-)
