Is it possible to recreate the One Stroke painting method digitally by
"double loading" a PSP brush? If so, how do you do it? And if it is not
possible, is there any other way to recreate One Stroke flowers digitally?

Yes.

You use an Art Media brush and put two different colors in the
Mixer Palette. You can also do this with a regular Paintbrush
by taking advantage of the Brush Variance setting.

Thanks so much Spandex! I tried doing it with the regular paintbrush, but
couldn't figure it out. I'll take a look at these links.
