Author Rebuilding PSP9 Cache Files

I screwed up my Foreground/Background gradient file. After restoring
that file from an older backup, it still doesn't work correctly. I
think I need to rebuild the cache files, but I forgot how. :(

I found it. I hate getting old. It's at File / Preferences / Reset
Preferences / Delete all cache files.
