If I use my mouse in psp9 I can use the scroll wheel to move around the
image by zoom in and out of certain sections that I need to work on. If
I assign the zoom function to the button on the wacom pen it only zooms
in and out of that one section. Is there a way to make it work like the
scroll wheel?
