Maureen Shannon (maureens@warwick.net) just had this problem occur and
she was unable to get into her account.
She could not get any of the tool buttons to work.
She tried:
Removed new update
Tried a new mouse
Removed all new plug-ins
Removed Paint Shop Pro 9
new installation (twice)
Nothing fixed the problem, seemed to be an obvious conflict somewhere.
When tool icon clicked on it seemed to activate but nothing happened.
Retraced changes and installations of software previous to problem
starting.
Found program to prevent key logger programs causing inop tools with
keyboard or mouse. It didn't cause a problem in any other image editor.
Resolution: removed - Key logger Hunter program
