Yeah, what she said :-) Remember when MacroMedia sued Adobe over that=20
floating palette thing? MacroMedia won too, IIRC. I guess that's one way=20
to get over it, just buy 'em up :-)

I'm just envisioning a world with ohhhhhhhhhhh 2, maybe 3 software
companies. I'm not a fan of monopoly. Competition is good for the soul,
the feature set, and the pocketbook.

Errr do you mean the lawsuit over floatable tabbed palettes? It was
Adobe who sued Macromedia and Adobe who won to the tune of 2.8 million
dollars I believe.

Yep, but that countersuit that Macromedia had against Adobe netted them the
bigger sum. Sort of a tit-for-tat with Macromedia coming out on top.

Now, Adobe has done a Microsoft on Macromedia.
