FYI, I've never received any reply after I found a bug in their SW[color=darkred]
Dear Sirs,

Your site says "If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the
quality and results of 123LogAnalyzer, simply return it for a full
unconditional refund".
The installation file has been sent a while ago and I have not received
my payment back (Emetrix Order ID - E030705708624)!
Please send me my refund or I'll advertise this on the Internet!!!

If you bought this with a credit card, contact the issuing company and
request a charge back. Don't know what country you're posting from, but
here in the US, credit card companies have a dispute policy. If you
dispute a charge, they can contact the charging company for
clarification and remittence. If enough customers complain, the credit
card company won't accept charges from the vendor.
