I've been using FrontPage 2000. I don't like that it creates so many
sub-folders (_vti_pvt, _vti_cnf, _private, etc.). It seems like just a
bunch of bloat. What I do like about it is that you can add new pages
and they can easily be added to the web site's navigation bars. I
would like to get away from FP.

Is there web development software that allows you to add new pages to
the project and choose where it should go in the site navigation and
automatically add the link to the nav bar like FP?
