Anyone have suggestions for an easy-to-use package to allow a non-technical
client to update a small site? It's a clean sheet of paper so far, so it
doesn't matter whether it's client or webserver based, uses templates or
not, etc. Preferably should generate files rather than requiring a database
though.

I've looked at HardCore Website Manager, which looks very comprehensive but
a bit too technical for the clients in question.
