Hello, a customer of mine was thinking of using newsletter pro, but
due to expense and non-availablity for BSD/OS I have told the customer
not to go with that programme.

What alternative are there?

We are using BSD/OS 4.3.1 and Apache/1.3.31 Ben-SSL/1.55 (Unix) mod_gzip/1.3.26.1a PHP/4.3.9 mod_perl/1.29

and for a database:

Mysql 3.23.58

help needed.

Dada Mail
http://www.dadamail.org/

Requires PERL 5.005 (Perl 5.6 recommended) and any variant of UNIX (ie.
UNIX, Linux, BSD, etc.), not to forget the ability to run CGI scripts.

Free unless you need installation help or consultation(s) from the
developers.
