I had a look at your site and one thing came to mind "One picture is
worth a thousand words" You got it back to front. People are naturally
lazy and to read your page takes a big effort and insert a few frames
advertised by pictures to make reading easier.

you have mixed all information on one page without any order.
it's a blog, right? so most important are few newest articles,
articles archive and RSS button. it should be seen on a first place,
rest of the content is just a supplement.
try to spite the content into few subpages
