Usenet newsgroups do not have "members." They have "subscribers."

You seem to think this is, um, a Google Group? No, it is not. It is not
a "forum." It is a Usenet newsgroup. There is no "admin" as it is not a
moderated newsgroup. If you are displeased with the postings of one
person, why don't you use a real newsreader and a NNTP service (your ISP
may provide), and just killfile the bastahd!
