A one-way mirror, two dome cameras mounted to the ceiling keep track of user movements on screen,a scan converter and some more, a group of people watching user fighting with the proposed UI....all these are funniest part of modern usability testing, the test is to analyse ease of product to human not with the machine, its all about commonsense.these equipments can make the paying customer entertained, but this never been a mandatory to increase the usability of any UI

A good analysis team can make out the usability of a product with a simple pc and these equipments may help to attract the customers "its like having a good modern art at your business place"
