Author CSS and IE 6

I've created an xhtml page implementing css. I've validated the xhtml. I've
validated the css. Everything checks out. I've checked it in the latest
versions of ie, ff, ns, and safari. So what's the problem? A co worker
opened the page on her browser (ie 6.0) and it's buggy. Why is it not buggy
on my ie 6.0. We're using the same operating system. I'm at a loss. Any
insight would be greatly appreciated.

Please observe answers in comp.infosystems.www.authoring.stylesheets
where you multi-posted.
Please don't multi-post, cross-post only if necessary.
