Author Email from Webform ending up in spam folder
Neil W

I wonder if someone could help me out here.

My webform generates a "thank you" email that is ending up in spam folders.
However the exact same email when sent from an email client (e.g., Outlook
Express) is not flagged as spam.

I tried sending them to my Yahoo inbox. Here are the headers from emails.
The bodies are exactly the same and are short "thank you" notes. Names and
IP addresses have been changed, however none of the IPs are in any spam
databases.

Thanks for any help.

What spam software are you using?

Sorry I wasn't clear. It is ending up in the spam mailbox of my Yahoo mail
account. I have no idea how Yahoo decides whether something is spam or not.
However if Yahoo is considering it spam it is a sure bet that others will
too.

Get yourself a copy of Sam Spade <URL:http://www.samspade.org/ssw/>. Run
both full headers on it and see what you get.

Thanks for the tip. I ran the headers through Sam Spade, but it did not
turn up anything.
