| I have a website I would like to build for listing houses for sale by owner. I am a loan officer for a bank and I am responsible for generating new business. If I can build a better site and list the properties for free I will make money on financing the buyer of the home. I need someone to partner with me to build the site and maintain it. We can negotiate a fee per house to be paid after closing of each house. Initially we will have about 10 houses per month listed on the site with prospects as high as 60. I am not that web savvy and I don't know what it will take but some have called it a portal site. I have received bids as low as 495.00 all way up to 5000.00 and I am not sure if the low bids are accurate.
