Wanted: E-commerce web designers for North American site

I am a small electric contractor and electrical engineer in Toronto, Canada doing residential and commercial construction.

I am looking for two, three, or four young Indian web design fanatics - partners - co-owners to create a Home Improvement (renovation) site for North America. Canada to start with, and mb later USA. You must be absolutely fluent in English.

The web site will have many free features like forums, classifieds, free info, articles, etc. And then some paid features like advertising, priority classifieds, banner ads, links to retailers, auction, directories, etc.

I am also planning to later using the site to sell in N America Home Improvement books, materials, supplies, and tools bought by me/us straight from India and China without middlemen.

I only know basic HTML and will be mostly in charge of content, general administration, management, N American marketing. You must know all modern tools of web design, languages, software, tools, tricks, bottlenecks, etc., to create a nice looking, fast, reliable, user friendly and easy to control/update/administer site.

I am not offering any payment, I am looking for partners, site co-owners. All of us will only be rewarded if we were successful and our site produced an income/profit.

PLS DO NOT REPLY IF YOU WANT TO BE PAID FOR YOUR WEB DESIGN WORK. I AM NOT BUYING THE SERVICES. I AM NOT PAYING FOR THE WEB DESIGN SERVICES.

Dedication, hard work, huge amounts of time and effort will be required. With no guarantee of ever being paid. Bill Gates started from zero in his parents' garage and became a billionaire. Hundreds of thousands of others did the same and became bankrupt. Still tens of thousands succeeded. Think about that.

We must not infringe any copyrights, patents, etc. That could bring to the end even the most successful site.
